Member Revocation Guide

In the Web Companion:

1. Click Teams in the sidebar
2. Select the team containing members to revoke
3. Click the Members tab

You’ll see a table listing all current team members with their details.

In the members table:

1. Use the checkboxes to select one or more members
2. Selected members are highlighted
3. A bulk action bar appears at the bottom of the screen

Before proceeding, verify:

• You’ve selected the correct members
• Remaining members can still meet the threshold
• You understand the consequences of revocation

With members selected:

1. Click the Revoke button in the bulk action bar
2. A confirmation dialog appears
3. The dialog shows how many members will be revoked

The confirmation dialog explains:

• Revoked members immediately lose team access
• Their shares become invalid
• They cannot participate in future threshold operations
• This action cannot be undone

1. Click Confirm in the dialog
2. A threshold proposal is created
3. Remaining team members must approve the revocation

After submitting:

1. Remaining team members receive a notification
2. They must approve the revocation on their mobile devices
3. Once threshold is reached, revocation takes effect immediately

The roundtrip page shows:

• Which members have approved
• Which are still pending
• Overall revocation status

Once revocation is complete:

After revocation:

• Threshold requirements remain the same
• Ensure remaining members can still reach threshold
